Stripped) I have pictures about 26 trees Estimated remedy by 2 tree co. $1500 3. Water poured into my basement from defendants new downspout Rug, sheetrock, sump pump damage, walls have to be replaced.
Estimates $2000 not done yet due to lack of money 4. $145 to hire process server after 3 attempts and one date rescheduled 5. $2000 Harassment Last week August 2015 Heard sawing of my beautiful hemlock hedge which I planted when we built this house '67 Stripped trees 15 ft.
Defendant confronted me from his parents house across the street Screamed at me for 15 minutes- showed hi where the property line was and to stop cutting trees. (Beauty and privacy) He harassed me saying he would have me arrested He would keep or cut whatever he wanted.
He claimed my line needed a stake with an orange flag Put up his own flag In the course of several months the neighbors said he moved the stake at least 4 times taking six feet x 140ft which included the tree hedge and my privacy. Since I had no funds until March 2016 I put up with the abuse--still. not done with house flipping Then I hired and paid for survey.
He ignored it when sent copy it was returned unopened In May 2016 he sold his flipped house together with my land for $119,000!
