Dr Dennis R Jensen (Terry Jensen's) oldesr brother asked a question

Barbs mother (age 95) died in our Wi home and her sister was in possession of various powers, including those related to health and finance which she abused. This led us to consult an Elder Law Attorney in Green Bay some 90 miles from our home. Issues were resolved and her mothers ashes were deposited by us in the waters of Green Bay.

We, that is Fe and Dennis, are in the dark about what is permissible in Illinois pursuant to Terry's death Perhaps a phone call will clarify matters. Steven Jr. is using Terry's funds to do some necessary repairs of their domicile which will make the property on Armitage more marketable. Of this we approve. Steve Jr and his wife Christine are having a difficult time with what they regard as a "forced sale" of this property. No doubt they took good care of Terry in his waning days but this does not preclude Terry's wishes which he adamantly expressed during our meeting in February.
I suppose the question is "Whats next?"
