Here's our dilemma....... At the end of this month (March 31), through a court ordered mediation, we (my wife and I) have agreed to accept $200.00 a month until the total amount of $2500.00 has been reached. This is for damages to our property that was rented. In the event Defendants default in any of the monthly payments (end of each month), then the Plaintiffs (that's us) shall have judgement without hearing, in the total amount of $7500.00.

Knowing the Plaintiffs, we have significant doubt that any payments will be forthcoming. Therefore we are wondering if it will be viable for us to seek recovery through attachment or garnishment of wages. This involves two married persons, one of whom is on disability (no visible reason) and the other receiving a check while working for a home care group called "Health Innovators" out of Phoenix, AZ. They have no other known assets. The Plaintiffs currently reside in Star Valley, AZ.

Other than our primary residence we own this one home only as a rental property. We understand the information given is very basic and much more detail is likely needed. However, we will appreciate your "ballpark" thinking in this regard.
