I am looking for an attorney specializing in discrimination. My case involves large telephone giant discriminating against African Americans by rejecting applications or not posting the internal jobs which would give us a chance to apply or they post the job already knowing who they want and filling them with non-African Americans. There are also a separate instances of bullying and foul language in the workplace which is being investigated currently (internally by EEO) for this same organization within the company who are discriminating against African Americans. This same organization within the company has removed people from the department solely based on their disability. They also posted a job that I (African American) applied for. When inquiring about the job was told "Oh we are hiring from outside the department for that". I don't think you can post a job and speak about already knowing who you are going to hire. Sounds discriminatory. I was looking for some legal counsel in this matter
