have been in court regarding a tenant that was very derainged and he arrested me for misorderly conduct and falcifiction. i do have a pending charge for taking cream of 80.00 from Kohls and paid them 250.00 and got 40 hours of community service. I have been trying to get community for months and months have emails from many places. I have found a girl who is the admistrator at the YMCA in New Cannan, CT and she is giving me my 40 hours which i am starting tomorrow. I go back to court on Nov 16th for the two other charges and i can't take time off of work I do have a lawyer and i am not sure if he is doing his best in my behalf. I am suppose to go to court this Thursday Oct 6th this Thursday i have sent emails as well as telling them i cannot come on Thursday October 6th i took a day off last wednesday to go to court for the other charges. I sent it to the clerks office as well as the state attorneys office. they both got it.. I am waiting for an answer if i can go on November 16th when i have to go back to court. I have a important job and cannot keep time off .. my lawyer gave me three options which i though were bogus .. made me go for a physic evaluation which came out fine.. i get to court he told me to have a open mind TRIAL, PLEAD GUILTY AND PAY A FINE HAVE A RECORD OR HAVE MY SON WHO IS A STAMFORD POLICE OFFICER TO TALK TO STATE ATTORNEYS OFFICE. (HE WILL NOT GET INVOLVED) I AM VERY CONCERNED AND MY FAMILY IS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THIS.
