Tom this is Rich Morris and have a real problem my grandson is being charged with Rape. He is Joseph Morris and is 15 years old, I love my grandson dearly he is a honor role student and active on sports and has not had any problems with the law. I did some digging myself and found out that the person making the charge was Keith Rickard my old enemy from the Sheriffs Department, who lead a phony Investigation against me. You know the details of that. The girl in question is Rickards step daughter who has been on birth control since she was 12. My grandson and friends went to her house (no parent there) and plied my non drinking grandson with liquor until he became intoxicated and she had sex with him. The girl doesnt want charges to be filed against him but because its Ri Rickards step daughter he will stop at nothing to get even for me taking Jim Thompson down. I cant very well tell your brother about the facts of this case and I was hoping you could. I love my grandson more than my life and he is the one who I am grooming to become a Deputy Sheriff when he comes of age. I hate to see him ruined because of what I did by helping John. Thanks Rich
