Hello,
I was terminated from my job on May 5, 2017 and I'm wondering if you can tell me whether or not they did it legally. They said that I wasn't up to speed and things weren't working out. When I started there, almost 2 years ago, the paper I signed said that first there was a verbal warning, written warning and then termination.I wasn't given any of it. I was never spoken to regarding my performance or warned that I was in jeopardy of losing my job. Can this be done in this manner? If you cannot help me, do you know who can?
