I have been constantly trying to get hold of Mr. Mather's for over a year or more.
Mr. Mathers said he would look at the files and get back to us. However, never has, even after constant calls to his office.
The children are grown up now and in their 30's and will witness the wrong doing!
Due to Mr. Mather's, I am suffering the consequences of not being represented in a divorce case (that I did not agree with). Now that I am 63 years old and after raising 3 of his children while he was voluntarily away leaving me pregnant with child. I get nothing! I lose out on the SS monies and his Army retirement because I was lied to and treated wrongly. I was denied my civil rights as a Mother and Wife.
This Veteran has screwed his wife and children for too long. If my children and I do not get compensated for the hurt and pain and injustice of this whole situation. Even after all these years, there is no statute on our LIVES NOW AND GOING FORWARD. We want compensation for all of this as well as the back BAQ, the children and I never received, nor the visitation that he did not do. He ignored his children and moved on to enjoy his early retirement and Harley Davidson. Allowing us to suffer his Greed and Selfishness.
You only have to read the Divorce Papers to see how unjust and mysoginistic this all is. It's disgusting.
