Don't waste your time with this lawyer. You would probably be better off representing yourself. He never followed up on any information I gave him to prove my innocence and acted upset (more work for him) when I refused a plea deal for a crime I did not commit.
The trial was rescheduled several times and on the 4th court appearance Mr. Luna told me I needed to give him more money even though he had not done the job I'd already paid him to do. He was in court each time with other clients so it wasn't like it was any extra effort on his part.
The trial was finally held on my 5th appearance in court and was rescheduled due to time constraints. On the 6th time in court the prosecutor decided he did't have a case and wanted to dismiss the charges. The judge refused to let it go like that and declared me not guilty. This entire time Mr. Luna had never done a single thing to check into the information I had given him and the outcome of my trial had absolutely nothing to do with anything he had done. I could have done just as good a job as he did myself and saved a lot of money. Don't waste yours on Mike Luna.
