I was sitting at the Red light at the Pilot in Pennsville and a tractor trailer coming off of the NJ Turnpike was turning and hit my front driver side of me car. There is a police report and I tried to reach the insurance company that is on the police report and the claims representative told me that the companys policy terminated with them in Oct. 2017..when I tried calling the number of the company which is out of CA..the lady I spoke with said it's a small company...I told her that they do not have insurance and that I need the new insurance info..she will not give it to me..she said she will contact them and have her appraiser come out. But the accident took place on 1/26/2018. She also told me that the insurance person I spoke with is not her insurance company it is only her Broker..I said no that is a legit company he called me back. It is all automative untill I got to him...and I only say this because when I call this lady she always answers the phone with Hello..not business like at all..she kept telling me it is only because they are a small company. And the company on the police report says. White Gold Transport Inc...but she is telling me it is called Sohal Brothers..so I am very confused and very lost to how to do with this. Or what to do next..I am without a vehicle and need help. I really need them to fix my car .. please if you could help me in anyway my number is 856 896 7799. .
