Hi I work at Macy's Logistics Center in Martinsburg and I have been harassed by security and management.  I been working here going on two years now since the building opened.  I'm followed around by security telling me I look suspicious and that he knows my kind.  Security asking me to empty my pockets because I look suspicious to him all the time.  When the security guard catches me alone he ask me questions like did I steal anything and how can I afford the clothes I wear then ask how can I afford my car, that he thinks I'm selling drugs.  I sat in my car one night on my break and I see him get out of his car to walk towards my car walking around my car looking inside. Security told other guards to keep a close eye on me because he thinks I'm doing drugs in my car on my breaks and go search and look around my car while I'm in the building.Even my Co Workers came up to me with another security guard telling me that I should do something about how I'm being treated.  We all went to human resources to write a complaint but HR does nothing.  I complained about these issues to HR so many times even with the money they owe me for extra duties and don't want to pay me. With my paycheck, I'm missing hours sometimes and I never got paid for driving the equipment and training new hires. I had issues with management following me in the bathroom invading my privacy, cursing at me. Every since I told Human resources about these issues its been retaliation.  My last issue was they didnt want to pay me all my hours for the holiday again and I brought it to their attention1/04/14 and the next day they pulled me to the office and sent me home saying I have to many points that if I show up late or call off or hurt myself at work to were I need to leave I'm fired.  I told HR that I don't have that many points that I'm being harassed by management and they still did nothing. I even told them about how I was being called some colored guy. The lady in security told me she'll stand beside me on these issues that if I was to get an attorney for them to call her because she witnessed these issues.
