Dear Sirs,

The above trademarks are due for renewal on 2 September 2017 and the all inclusive cost is EURO 330 for each trademark registration. After that, they may be renewed up to 2 March 2018, on payment of a 50% fine.

Please note that, after the lapse of the six-monthly grace period, non-renewed trademarks are struck off the register.

Please also note that the current owner’s name and address, as they appear in the Trademarks’ Register are: The US Government and its Government Federal Agency National Aeronautics and Space Administration, 300 E Street, S.W. Washington DC, 20546, U.S.A.

If the owner has changed its name or address we will have to file an application for recording the change before filing the application for the renewal.
Therefore, in case there have been changes, please let us know, so that we may then advise you about the necessary steps for recording them.

As regards the filing of the application for the renewal, we need a power of attorney simply signed by the owner. Please find attached a blank form. We kindly request you to fill it in with the current owner’s name and address and let us know the name and the position of the person signing the power of attorney.
