I have a question. Im pregnant and work at Ark Regional services and my supervisor is aware of the pregnancy and has a doctors note for me, but seems to be ignoring it. I had messed up my back a few months ago at work, did an incident report and put it in her box in the house I was working at and told her that I turned it in there. She wouldnt come to the house for at least 2weeks, and so the 72hours for the incident, I am assuming was voided because I apparently did not take it to the main building. During the last snow, my family and I, including my two children were stuck in my truck in the snow and icw. My superviaor misunderstood my coworker and assumed I was a no call no show. I explained the situation to her and dring the emergency, she tells me i need to call my coworkers and get someone in to cover my shift until I get thdre so the other girl can go home, while we were all still stuck in the snow. She has on the task for me to touch up painting thru the whlle house tomorrow and has had me deep cleaning the house for several hours, washing the walls and doors, sanitizing all the door knobs, light switches, railings, cleaing the inside and outside of all the cupboards cabinets and drawers. This does not feel normal or right, and i am not sure what to do. I had to deal with being harassed by one of their employees and they did nothing about it. Only time it stopped was when she got fired
