This may be a highly unusual request but here it goes. My husband and I live in Newark Valley, NY. We in the process of refinancing our current home. Back in the year 2000, Craig owned a home in Nichols, NY. Our current lender is asking for any official documents of that sale. He sold it to eCORP and we found a paper in our midst that had Ms. Abbie Eremich as the attorney handling the transaction. But, needless to say, we can not find an official signed copy. Our lender has asked us to send them that copy which we are going to do. But didn't know if any record of that sale, since it was almost 18 years ago, would be available?
