Heather Embrey is a joke in the lawyer community. She will be a regret to anyone who hires her. (Keep in mind, Ms. Embrey is a child custody attorney but does not have custody of her own children). She doesn’t have an office, she works out of her home and car so all client info is not secured. She handled my case with negligence. Her assistant Terry had lied to me on several different occasions regarding billing. They are an incapable, backyard “lawyer” team who’s out to scam people for thousands of dollars but not offer any representation. If you want an attorney who takes all of your money and doesn’t want to defend you, go to trial for you, fight for what you hired them for, mismanage billing, not file paperwork after you request it, not show up to hearings, not return calls or texts, ignores you, and shows up to court looking like a homeless person, Heather Embrey is the person for you.
