I was employed by Century Link in Santa Fe NM and had back pain troubles from 2014 to 2015. I followed company policy and tried to get a ergonomic chair to help out with my pain. They came back with used office chairs and I settled on a chair I had to prop with a 2 by 4 to maintain balance and height. On October 31 of 2015 I went out to the field to perform my duty and fell and hurt my back. I followed all policy's of the company and reported my accident. After the accident I reported to the company and doctor it would help if I had a proper chair for my pain. At the beginning of 2016 I had a performance review and was rated low stating that nobody liked me and I need to improve. This was out of the blue and I asked for examples or any documentation as there was none. I refused to sign the acknowledgment and report to the company of false documentation. It was determined that there was nothing I can do about it by Century Link HR department. The doctor gave a report that that a ergonomic will help with the pain. None was provided and I escalated to the director of the department. I sent him the paper work and nothing was done. In September a company program was bought out that if anybody wanted a by out or if 62 or older a early retirement. I was immediately pulled into a meeting and was told either retire or be fired since nobody liked me. Again I asked for documentation and none provided or communication of any. I did everything that was asked and met all work guidelines to performance of my position. The documentation that was given to me prior to the forced retirement stated that I relinquish all claims against Century Link. I was still having back pain.
I contacted legal console in Albuquerque and a EEOC complaint was filed against Century Link. The state and federal found that no discrimination was found and wrote in he letter about a ADA program. Since having to have to leave Santa Fe because I couldn't afford two households and moved back to Denver with my wife.
The letter I received on November 20 said I have 90 days to refile. The lawyer in Albuquerque stated that it will be thousands dollars to peruse a EEOC complaint.
Is there at anything you do for me. I still have back pain and seeing a doctor for it. I cant get unemployment or get a job do to the limitations.

Good Afternoon: Mark Edwards, from Santa Fe refereed your name to me.
State of New Mexico v. Chalo Rascon from San Juan Pueblo. (May 20014)
CASE NO> N-53-FR_2014-00093
I have an uncle that was involved in the drug ring case in Taos, back in May.
He was charged with 4 counts 2 of them were dropped. No, he wasn't indicated. The charges were about attempt not to pay taxes, etc
His case hasn't moved.
He feels that he was false accused. Falsely put in jail for no reason.
He also feels that his civil rights were violated.
After all this or deal he now suffers from PTSD. His business has gone down because of what he was accused off. I'm hoping that you could take time and review the case and then
make an apointment with me and my uncle and give us your opinion on the matter.
Would it be possible to look at this case and then call me at 901 1470. I could also fax you the papers of what was given to him.

We bought our home in 2008 paid 70 thousand cash from a settlement i recieved, in 2012 we were refered to Legacy Capital LLC from a trusted small title loan lender. We recieved a 10 thousand $ loan using our property as collateral backing, before we made our first payment in 2012 lender switched deed into thier name without notice to myself or Andrea sena, Andrea Sena borrower received loan with less than $800 a month income, with expectant payments of $340 a month plus $111 home owners insurance specified by lender. With myself "Javier jimenez" who was never present or included in negotiations, lender now claims property was sold and was never a loan. When he clearly misled andrea sena to retrieve signatures needed to claim these false aligations, we have made a years worth of payments at $340 a month and lender claims we owe 22,000 on a 10,000 LOAN. LENDER has evicted our family and caused emotianol and physical distess, has caused us embersment wirh our friend, family and nieghbors. Please respond as soon as possible any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank You. Javier Jimenez & Andrea Sena
