Contingency fees. I wants to sue debt collection attorneys Weltman, Weinberg, Reis Collection. I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY. Their client within my case is the colluding Cleveland Postal Employees Credit Union. Case started in 1995, but Default-Judgment in 2005 & I was garnished paying triple. Today, in 2017 I am still getting harassment calls. I found FRAUD within Ohio Civil Procedures Rule # 54(C) their prayer amount. I have written to gain my pay stubs for prima-facie evidence to prove Fraud. I wants $2.5 million, federal court, plus attorney fees or $350,000 from settlement of State of Ohio, plus attorney fees. I am serious and I hope you take me serious. It's my understanding attorney Pitney you belong to the National Association of Consumer Advocates. I needs an attorney & I needs 1) set-aside or vacate judgment as in Rule #60 (B), and 2) I needs copies request for "Production of Documents" within Discovery motion.
