Raytheon Management and Human Resources refused to provide the necessary work accommodations for Paul Jozwiak who was forced to return to work too soon after recent and multiple colon surgeries and was currently undergoing diagnosis and treatment for a number of bacterial and toxin infections which resulted in regular medical testing and treatment.

Raytheon Management and Human Resources continually made the work environment unhealthy, intolerable and unbearable for Paul Jozwiak in an effort to force him to Voluntarily Resign from Raytheon while blocking his Attempts to go to the Raytheon Ethics Committee, Raytheon Upper Management and Raytheon Security to Internally Resolve Various Incidents of Management Fraud, Slander, Extortion, Threats, Theft and Willful Endangerment of His Health and Safety.
3. Raytheon Management and Human Resources Managements Retaliation Against Paul Jozwiak For Filing the EEOC Charge No: 35A-2013-00503C Against Raytheon for a Hostile Work Environment.
