I have a friend that is being charged with two counts of rape.They was all three at a bar and all over each other the entire night.There are witnesses that say that as well as witnesses that saw him about to leave with his guy friends when she pulled up on him and asked him to come with them. Her story is he asked her for a ride home but if that was the case why didn't she take him home rather than them all ending up at the other girls house.He admits to having sex with them but says they was just all intoxicated having a threesome.One girl says she don't know what Happened bc she doesn't remember the night and the other girl says he pushed her on the couch and had sex with her. Neither had marks on them that looked as though there was a struggle also when they had the rape kit done at the hospital rumor has it that they was negative. This town is small and I feel as though he is being railroaded.One of the girls aunt works at the jail and is married to the investigator and the other girls mom I believe used to work at the court house. They had given him Tim Box at first but changed his lawyer at last minute.He has court at 9 a.m in the morning at Lake County.Also I forgot to mention that this girl has been in a similar situation once prior where she was sleeping with a police officer Mario Montgomery and got on the stand and lied. His case was beat and thrown out but he said he would testify as a character witness. The bar tender who also runs the bar said he would testify to how the girls was all over him in the bar as well as credible witnesses that was just at the bar..I believe this case should not make it past the preliminary hearing but if it stays in this county he will more than likely be in there for a long time. I believe he is innocent bc I know him and I know how she is when she feels like she is going to be caught up. I also believe him bc I asked him( for myself​ just to see his reaction) if he would be willing to take a lie detector test and he got all excited and was like yeah we need to do that ASAP. I've known him for a while and he isn't a good liar so I know he wouldn't agree to that if what he was saying wasn't true.i would just like to meet with you if at all possible and see if you would be willing to take this case and see what you charge.My phone number is 731-442-3792..Thank you
