Dear Mr. Brower. I recently spoke to Kathleen McRae. She told me to email you. I'm really having some I believe backlash on my lawsuits. I fractured my foot at home and was collecting short term disability. That ran out so I applied for the long term disability and was denied. I can not believe this. My doctor who is 5 minutes from my house and who can view my foot in person has put me out of work. The Wal Mart doctor who almost 7000 miles away. Tells me that I can work. Today my foot is killing me and the worst part my shoulder for that we are sueing is getting worse. I went to the doctor today and now I have to see the surgeon again. I feel like I'm at the end of my rope. I can't even apply for another job. I can't lift anything and have a hard time walking. Could you please advise me I'm so depressed I don't know what I can do.
