would you handle a tenant who stopped paying her rent, owing me for 9 weeks. All her furniture is still upstairs in my house and needs a professional mover to get it out because it is so big, old, damaged. Rent was $508 per month, she lost her job in May and continued staying here till 7/6/14 when I got fed up with her mess, and burning a hole in new beige carpeting with this smelly hot pink candle wax that fell over during the night. Plus I paid $280 to get her vehicle fixed in April. I refuse to give her the furniture she left here; what reason does she ever have to repay me for her 9 weeks of staying here free plus the $100 worth of food she ate. I also found naked pics of her just last weekend on an internet account with google that was under her name. Plus she kept 2 cell phones active but had no money for rent or food. I sent out a lot of internet job applications for her and feel quite angry being that I'm a disabled former RN widow who has trouble paying her real estate taxes. If this is something you'd handle and how much $ would you charge me?
