Hello this is Irvin Antonio lopez I'm 28 years old. I am the brother of Alexis Omar Lopez. I want to drop the charges on Alexis Omer Lopez regarding assualt on family member and the "bullet threat" statement he said. I want to drop all charges on my brother, I know he didn't mean it, if u know him and hang out with him youll know hes a sane guy and does get along well with others.. I was the one who provoked him and caused him to set him off.. On Saturday January 21st 2017 there was an incident. Regarding myself including my brother Alexis Omar Lopez. We both got in a argument over something stupid. That doesn't even matter.. we both were name calling each other. And me and Alexis Omar Lopez mutually started swinging fists at the same time hitting each ither in the face, and then we both grabbed each other in a wrestling lock and fell on the floor.. so I ran outside. And I called the cops.. this incident began because he was gone all day and he finally came home and he appeared to be drunk or under the influence of drugs.. and my dad didn't like that.. because the vehicle/truck Alexis Omar Lopez drives is my dad's (Fidel Lopez) the truck is under fidel's name is the owner and the ones making the note payments.. so my father Fidel lopez secretly called me over and told me to snatch the car keys from My brother Alexis Omar Lopez. And I did When he wasn't looking.. We did that so Alexis Omar lopez wouldn't leave and do nothing stupid. So that's when Alexis Omar lopez charged me up about taking his "stuff" it all happen so fast in about 4 or 5 minutes.. I heard something or close to the affect like "back up" back up" I could put a bullet at your head if u don't back up" .. I didn't have time on Jan 21st 2017 to put everything in full detail on the police report statement because the police officer was rushing and telling me to write specific things and then hand it over.. Alexis Omar Lopez did not point the gun at anyone, not at me. And not at my parents. The only reason why I involved the gun is because my mom said he appeared to be under the influence of drugs and was pacing around with a gun, "and it just looked so taunting she said" -according to my mom Maria Gomez Lopez. And so my mom Maria Gomez Lopez snatched it from Alexis Omar Lopez and hid it in the garage. I want to Drop the charges. Obviously we as a family Have communication issues. All our neighbors think we are weidos.. that's the way it's been for years.
