I was unconstitutionally arrested for sending an email to a college official PL240.30(1) causing an alarm. This action was made with false and misleading statements. This action was also as retaliation for Law suit I filed as pro-se in federal court (please note I have completed my degree in legal studies. The state have requested immunity in the Federal case.) As to the 240.30 (1) charges the Court of Appeal of NY in May 13th did rule that the 240.30(1) is unconstitutional, thus the people has requested the Town of Harrison court to dismiss the 240.30(1) charges against me. However, about a month before that, a school official send to more than 8 faxes with derogatory and proven false statements, including ALL documentation related to the 240.30(1) charges against me. Thus, ALL colleges have denied admission. Since, and according to my therapist, the school have conducted an organized bullying to case harm against me. As result I suffer from PTSD, permanent since I first was diagnosed with PTSD after the World Trade Center Terrorist Attack. Furthermore, I can never go back to school. The bullying, retaliation ad discrimination had been in continues based for the last 3 1/2 years. I am only interested in legal representation on the 240.30(1)and not in the federal action from the Federal action was dismissed (mostly with-out prejudice), since the state invoked immunity. The 240.30(1) is up for dismissal on June 10th at the Town of Harrison Court, in Westchester. Do to my very poor mental health, I cannot continue in my own in this case and or the federal case. I am also disabled, on SSD and 54 years of age, so the consequences of a tragic ending are great.
