Good evening Mr. Adkins,
this email is to document my attempts to reach you. I have left no less than 12+ phone messages with no response from you or your office.
To date my brother states you have not been in to see him, or contact him to advise him the status of his case.
Last time I spoke to you in July you told us you were filing a rule 35. I, my brother or his wife have no idea if this has been filed, if there is or was a hearing date, what is the next step? I am becoming increasingly frustrated because we are all in the dark. I know you have a heavy client load and are busy, and my brother is just another client, but he is all I have and this salutation has caused him his marriage, his job, his home and I want to do whatever I can help him get his life back on track. He is a good man who has made poor judgments. But he is not a harden criminal who has robbed a bank, committed murder, raped, committed child abuse. sold drugs etc All I am asking if you can please get him released even into my custody. Please just let me know something.
