I am looking for an Attorney that will protect my rights.
I left a very abusiveness relationship I'm March 2015. I moved into out of three homes my husband own.

I have been living here without him since March.

I have been in group therapy for months trying to deal with my PRSD mostly incurred from him.

Anyways, last week my abusiveness husband was in my home, and refused to leave. Once I made it clear to him that I would call the police on him.. He called them on me. Using a recording from another time against me.

The recording had nothing implicating me if any crime. I simply told the Murrietta PD that I have been separated
from my abusive spouse.. And to ask him to leave.

Instead, they arrested both of us ( I had no jail record before this.. I teach elementary school with a crisp clean record). And interrogated me down at the PD.

I was booked on Mistz domestic violence all hinged on this 30 sec recording ; no threats, no sbuse

I was frustrated that my soon to be ex would not leave my home , after all I had appointments abd I do not trust him alone in my home. ..

Since my arrest, my husband won't leave my house... He has nothing of his here.

He threatens me every day that If I don't do what he asked, he will throw me back in Jail. He constantly harasses me.

I have not worked in 3 years. He closed me out of our joint back account in February. He has taken large sums if money out of his 401k.

I've been married 25 years this Oct. He drags me from my bed and tries to throw me outside.. Only to tell me that if I call the PD I will go back to jail.

Please help me. This man is abusive, liar and narcissistic.

I need answers as soon as yesterday. .

I work near the home I am in.

My abusive husband works 1 minute away from
Our other empty home, the house he is living in.

What can I do to get him to leave this house I am in. He chased me out if my cozy Hemet home. Now he is trying to chase me out of this one.

Please help. Thank you for taking the time to hear me out. I'm desperate. I have no family and no income at this time. I return to work teaching August 10.
